I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reading, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled reading may be moved to another available date and time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Missed Appointments

If you miss your scheduled reading without notice, the appointment and payment will be forfeited and a new reading will need to be booked.

Refunds

Once a reading has begun or been completed, refunds are not available based on the content, interpretation, or outcome of the reading. For readings delivered by email or text, cancellations and refunds are not available once I have begun preparing your reading.

If I Need to Reschedule

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
